Level the Site: from bystander to ally
Free · Online · 60 minutes · Self-paced

Keep your good workers on site.

Women make up about 1 in 7 building and construction workers, and only around 3% of people on the tools. The research shows they leave because of culture and conditions, not capability. In a skills shortage, that’s a cost no business can afford.

Level the Site gives supervisors, leading hands and crew practical tools to change that, starting on Monday.

You’ll learn how to:

  • recognise the small, everyday behaviours that push good workers out
  • step in safely with the 4 Ds, with no speeches or confrontations needed
  • handle the hard situations, like a complaint someone wants kept ‘off the record’
  • meet your WHS duties and the positive duty to prevent sexual harassment

You’ll get:

  • real site scenarios where you choose what to do and see how it lands
  • your own Ally Playbook, with words ready for when your mind goes blank
  • a four-week workbook with a ready-to-run toolbox talk
  • a 30/60/90 day action plan

Employers: enrol your supervisors together for the biggest impact.

Part of the Level the Site program, led by Master Builders Australia and delivered in the ACT by MBA Training (RTO 88163). Non-accredited.
Together, we build better.
