  • We currently have team members working in: events, communications, legal, finance, training, compliance, data and systems, admin, business development, and marketing.
  • We encourage internal recruitment and have individual development plans in place.
  • We value education (we are a registered training organisation, after all), and we support our team members in pursuing their study goals, from short courses to tertiary     qualifications.

Flexible working arrangements…

  • We have genuine flexible working arrangements across the organisation, with current team members based remotely in regional Victoria & NSW.
  • Our priority is ensuring all flexible work arrangements “work” for the organisation, the team, and the individual.
  • The majority of our staff have hybrid arrangements in place, working from home and the office.

  • Did we mention the free parking?
  • We are a not-for-profit rebate-able employer, which means you may be eligible to salary sacrifice for certain things, like school fees.
  • Our coffee machine is great, with unlimited coffee available. We even throw in the milk and sugar, too!
  • Our remuneration is competitive, and we offer paid parental leave (for all parents). Additional leave such as study leave or community service leave for volunteers with approved organisations is also on offer.

  • We have affiliations with gyms, car dealers and other suppliers which provide benefits for MBA employees.
