WHS for Supervisors and Managers in the Construction Industry

WHS for Supervisors and Managers is a practical, industry‑focused program designed to equip frontline leaders with the knowledge and skills to manage Work Health and Safety (WHS) responsibilities in a construction environment. The course strengthens a supervisor’s capacity to create safe, compliant worksites, lead safety conversations with confidence, and meet both organisational and legislative obligations.

Construction sites present complex, high‑risk environments — and strong, proactive safety leadership is critical. This course helps supervisors and managers understand not just what the law requires, but how to implement effective safety systems, influence worker behaviour, and reduce incidents on site.
