The Training Fund Authority (TFA) supplies a rebate for course participants who are working in, or in connection with a company, in the building and construction industry in the ACT who is performing work liable for the payment of the Training Levy. A Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment must be completed prior to training. English skills sufficient to understand both written and verbal instruction as well as basic math skills to caluclate volume and apply simple sling formulae is required for this course

This Nationally Accredited course specifies the outcomes required to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding at the intermediate level.
This course specifies the outcomes required to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding at the intermediate level which includes use and operation of cantilevered crane-loading platforms, cantilevered and spurred scaffolds, barrow ramps and sloping platforms. The course also includes perimeter safety screens, shutters, mast climbers and tube and coupler scaffolds (including tube and coupler covered ways and gantries) and consists of theory and practical training, which requires participants to complete reading tasks, written assessments and calculations.

CPCCLSF2001 Licence to erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding basic level
Participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of the course.
Successful participants are required to apply for a High Risk Work Licence with the regulatory body in the State/Territory they complete training in. Applications must be made within 60 days from the issue date of the Statement of Attainment.
