What is the exam?
In order to obtain a Class A, B or C building licence in the ACT, an applicant is required to sit a written exam to demonstrate that they have a thorough understanding of the regulatory framework and building processes before they are issued with a licence of the appropriate class.
Following submission of your application, you will be contacted about the time and date of your exam. The exam takes 90 minutes and must be completed in person.
