Secure Local Jobs Code – Reminder

Members are reminded to ensure that they are aware of the recent changes to the Secure Local Jobs Code which came into effect from 10 September 2020.
MBA is currently seeking advice from the Secure Local Job Registrar as to how a Code Covered Entity (CCE) can satisfy its requirements under the Code, in particular Section 15(2). MBA will provide further guidance to members as it becomes available. Please keep an eye on the Member Updates for further information.
