New Fair Work Commission Fact Sheets

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has recently published helpful Fact Sheets addressing some recent changes to the general protections under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). These changes relate to protections for employees who are elected workplace delegates and employees who experience family and domestic violence.
