Members are reminded to ensure that they are making the correct payments for superannuation and in accordance with the relevant laws and terms and conditions of an employee’s specified super fund.
The legislation provides for quarterly payments whereas other super funds, such as CBUS, require monthly payments. Please do check to ensure that your payments are being made as required.
We have also recently become aware of a technical issue which saw superannuation payments not able to be paid. It is important that all payments are made so as to comply with your legislative requirements (which might include 2016 Building Code, SLJC, and other contractual obligations).
