Major Projects Canberra to Publish LWRTEs on Notifiable Contracts Register

The Government Procurement Act 2001 requires that contracts with suppliers of goods, services and works for the ACT Government be published on the Notifiable Contracts Register. The threshold for publication is a value of $25,000 or more.
For tenders which require a Labour Relations, Training and Workplace Equity (LRTWE) plan, the LRTWE often becomes a contract document. Major Projects Canberra has not routinely published the LRTWE Plan on the register with the contract. However, the LRTWE plan will now be published for contracts created by Major Projects Canberra. Similar to the contract document, the LRTWE plan will be published consistent with any confidential text request agreed by the relevant Territory Delegate.
