Icon Water Connections End of Year Service Delivery

Icon Water has advised the MBA that any connection applications submitted after 27 November 2020, may not be connected by Icon Water until after 11 January 2021.  This is due to reduced resource availability.

For connections to be completed this year, please ensure that applications for Provisional Certificate of Operation for completed works are submitted no later than 27 November 2020.

We understand this notice has come with very short notice and may have a significant impact on industry trying to commence or complete projects prior to the Christmas break. We will be speaking with Icon Water about the impact of this notice and will let you know about the outcome of these discussions.
