Fair Work Commission: Updated Sexual Harassment Module

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has updated their Workplace Sexual Harassment learning module to reflect the extended sexual harassment jurisdiction that commenced on 6 March 2023. The module can be accessed here.
The module:
- explores what workplace sexual harassment is, and who is most likely to experience it
- provides examples of the types of actions and behaviours involved
- allows you to interact with a case study showing the impacts of workplace sexual harassment on those that experience and witness it
- explains our role and the role of other organisations in dealing with sexual harassment.
The module is available on the FWC’s Online Learning Portal.
