Changes to ACT Government Procurement from 1 February 2022

Members are reminded that there are changes to the ACT Government Procurement process for tenders released after 1 February 2022. For tenders over $200,000, you will need to submit the usual tender material, PLUS a Labour Relations, Training and Workforce Equity Plan (LRTWEP) and a Fair and Safe Employment Criteria Response Declaration (FSECRD).
If you were unable to attend the MBA workshop or one of the sessions held by ACT Government, further information on these changes is available here. The ACT Government will be conducting regular information sessions over the next few months.
Guidance material on these new requirements is being developed by the ACT Government, but unfortunately is not yet available. We will advise members as soon as it is released.
