Changes to ABCC Workplace Relations Management Plans Form

The ABCC made changes to its WRMP form to ensure head contractors meet the obligations and requirements of the Code. The form includes template pre-approved content for most sections of the WRMP.
A new section has been added to outline the processes and procedures that will apply when addressing sexual harassment in the workplace. This relates to the Sex Discrimination and Fair Work (Respect at Work) Amendment Act 2021 (also known as Respect at Work amendments) that came into effect on 11 September 2021.
The template answers for several other sections of the WRMP have been amended to make head contractor’s obligations clearer.
