Compliance and enforcement data snapshot for January 2026

The WorkSafe ACT Compliance and Enforcement Data Snapshot for January 2026 is out now.

The snapshots provide data on:

• the number of workplace visits
• the number of infringement, prohibition and improvement notices issued and the key breaches they were issued against
• workers’ compensation activities, and
• labour hire licensing activities.
