The latest WorkSafe ACT Compliance and Enforcement Data Snapshot for July 2025 highlights ongoing activity in the construction sector. Of 209 workplace visits, 121 were in construction, with 143 improvement notices issued (95 in construction) and 62 prohibition notices (58 in construction).
