Here’s what you need to know:
- Building applications will be called Network Protection Compliance submissions to avoid confusion with ACT Planning Authority terminology.
- Separate submissions: You will need to lodge two separate submissions. One through the Evoenergy/Jemena website and one through the Icon Water website.
- Account registration: You need to register and create an account on the Icon Water website to submit applications.
- Information on how to register for an account can be found on the Icon Water website, here: https://www.iconwater.com.au/online-submission-process-faqs
If you have any trouble navigating the changes, or have any questions about the new digital forms, we’re here to help. You can reach Icon Water by:
- Calling their General Enquiries phone number, 02 6248 3111, during business hours
- Emailing talktous@iconwater.com.au
- Attending an optional help and support session (see below).
