WorkSafe ACT August 2025 Compliance and Enforcement Data Snapshot

WorkSafe ACT has published its Compliance and Enforcement Data Snapshot for August 2025, which provides updates about its workplace visits and compliance activities such as issuing of notices.

The snapshots provide data on: 

• the number of workplace visits 

• the number of infringement, prohibition and improvement notices issued and the key breaches they were issued against 

• workers’ compensation activities, and 

• labour hire licensing activities.
