Report a concern about the CFMEU

The Fair Work Commission is inviting further information from those with knowledge of any non-compliance by Construction, Forestry and Maritime Employees Union (CFMEU) officials or representatives. The Commission is seeking further information in relation to any branch of the CFMEU. You can provide your information by submitting an online form via Report a concern about the CFMEU.

The Commission has also set up a dedicated phone line for anyone who wishes to provide information over the phone. To report a concern regarding the CFMEU, please call +61 3 9063 7633 (Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm).

You can ask to remain anonymous.  The Commission will not share your contact details without your express consent.
