Safe Work Australia’s mid-term review of the National Return to Work Strategy 2020–2030 reveals strong national collaboration and stakeholder engagement in improving return to work outcomes for injured workers. The Strategy has effectively guided action and built awareness, but despite these efforts, actual return to work outcomes have not significantly improved. The review highlights the need for sharper focus and refined measures in the remaining five years to ensure the Strategy delivers on its long-term goals
