Master Builders ACT and SPARK Ginninderry JobTrainer Women in Civil Construction Program

SPARK and our partners proudly launched this innovative training program to encourage more women to consider a career in the civil construction industry. Civil construction is an exciting sector with interesting roles including new suburb development and other infrastructure projects, developing and managing utilities, bike paths and footpaths, roads and road maintenance works.  This program provided participants with specialised accredited training, industry work placements and potential employment pathways within the civil construction sector.
