Members are encouraged to regularly review their operational requirements and essential documentation and to keep up-to-date with legislative changes.
As a construction business, you are required to comply with over 20 Commonwealth and Territory-specific laws, ranging from building and licensing, management of employees, planning and environment protection, WHS and the list goes on. Whilst it can be difficult to keep up with all the changes, compliance with the law at all times is compulsory.
