2022 Master Builders and Asset Construction Hire Excellence Awards

This project involved delivering two beautiful family homes for clients with very different requirements for their build. Both homes share an abundance of natural light, durable materials and energy efficient solutions such as double glazed windows and timber features. The homes feature stunning Carrara marble benchtops and floor to ceiling tiling in all wet areas. While both homeowners are friends, they also wanted separate meters, entrances and driveways to their new homes. The Sunny Homes team worked hard to get the approvals to deliver both clients their dream homes.

This boutique development consists of seven light-filled townhouses, each with their own unique layout and design.  The homes have been individually designed to capitalise on the panoramic, northerly aspect overlooking the Molonglo Valley. The residences achieve an average energy rating of 8.4 stars which is aided by the use of large, double-glazed windows and rendered foam cladding. These townhouses achieve longevity and a sophisticated design with the use of high-quality materials such as engineered flooring, feature herringbone tiling and 100% wool carpets in the bedrooms.
