Architekt Grune Hauser showed commitment to delivering a high-quality finished product by doing all their own roofing and metalwork, with the steel being delivered in raw lengths and the team fabricating the metalwork onsite. Incredible custom details were designed specifically for this home, including the brass knobs for the joinery, the ensuite sliding door, the pendant lights and the staircase.

The façade of the home is a stunning visual feature that showcases brilliant workmanship. The team incorporated a box gutter detail into the structural steel to allow for expansion and shrinkage of the steel throughout the year. The strong black flashing details and the aluminium and timber cladding on the exterior provide a stunning welcome to the home.
