Fore Group was entrusted to transform the existing Lilotang restaurant at the Burberry Hotel into MED, a brand-new dining experience.

Featuring custom banquet seating, a distinctive recycled tumble brick bar, intricate weathered driftwood ceiling detailing, and bespoke off-centre pivot arched door, along with refurbished kitchen facilities, the result is a premium fit out that further elevates DOMA Hotel Group’s esteemed luxury dining offerings in Barton.

With resident comfort in mind, the team at Fore Group were able to complete the project with minimal disruption to hotel operations.

Construction Control are the team behind the Bellchambers Barrett Fitout on Childers St, Canberra City. In partnership with Clarke Keller Architecture, they have delivered a stunning architectural design featuring open collaboration and breakout spaces, quiet rooms, meeting rooms and offices.

The project is marked by distinctive design and mesmerising elements, resulting in an inspired office space that is spacious and equipped with all the modern comforts. The team managed to deliver the project within critical time constraints, and received excellent feedback from the client.

Projex Building Group collaborated with The Mill Architecture + Design to create Aviation Lane, an impressive new office space of over 6,600sqm at Marcus Clarke St in the heart of Canberra. Featuring open plan workspaces, offices, meeting and training rooms, media suites, kitchenettes and more, this project sets a new standard in commercial office fitouts.

Of note are the high-end finishes, including timber batten ceilings and pergolas, booth seating, suspended acoustic ceilings, stone benches, and aviation-themed signage. A standout feature is the 10m void stairway, with its glass panel feature running the height of the void finished with custom aviation graphics.

With this project, the team have successfully delivered a range of healthy, comfortable workspaces that reflect a modern approach to workplace culture.

Deloitte’s Canberra office, built by FDC Construction & Fitout, showcases the best of hybrid work and collaboration. With a focus on human-centred design, the office combines versatile spaces and wellness areas to evolve beyond the typical office setup.

Sustainability is key, with the project prioritising reused furniture and local materials. The team excelled in spatial planning, scheduling, procurement, and incorporating top-notch AV tech. The outcome is an office that raises the bar for sustainable, flexible, and interactive work environments.
