The team ensured that the home has longevity and optimal functionality by installing double glazed windows and additional insulation to ensure maximum energy efficiency and reduce heating and cooling costs. The team used a parapet wall on the garage to conceal the flat roof to deliver a more aesthetically pleasing alternative to a split-level roof.
