Blue Gum Preschool Extension
The project brief was to create an aesthetically beautiful and inspiring multipurpose space that visually linked the indoors with the natural world to elicit a sense of awe and wonder. The project was brought to life by brushed concrete, intricate brickwork, metalwork, bamboo and recycled timber. A very impressive feature of this building is the curved entrance in the bullnose brickwork that was cut to fit the transitional arc of the tower. The teams have delivered a wonderful and functional new space for students and staff to enjoy.
