PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This short course is targeted at Leading Hands/ Foreman, Supervisors and Managers within the Construction Industry, to better understand the workplace impacts of mental health and their obligations in line with the legislation. Learn how to recognise and mitigate Mental Health illnesses in the workplace.

Learn and understand through practical exercises and take away resource guides and action plans to assist you in being proactive with Mental health in your workplace.

After completing this training, you will;

  • Understand how mental health affects the workplace
  • Identify early warning signs of mental health problems arising in the workplace
  • Provide information and avenues of support
  • Facilitate opportunities to improve, monitor and manage Mental Health in the Workplace
