BSBPEF201 – Support personal wellbeing in the workplace

This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to advocate for and feel empowered about personal wellbeing in the workplace. It involves developing and applying basic knowledge of factors that may influence wellbeing, both positively and negatively.


PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This course aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required for identifying personal/workplace factors that may impact your wellbeing and recognising their relevance to your own role. The ability to select and identify appropriate communication approaches, including strategy for dealing with a negative response. As well as learning other strategies to communicate with your supervisor and investigate available wellbeing resources.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • English language skills sufficient to understand both written and verbal instruction
  • Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment to be completed at enrolment

CERTIFICATION

On successful completion participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for BSBPEF201 Support personal wellbeing in the workplace.

If you do not have one you will need to have either one of the following - Medicare card, birth certificate, driver licence, Australian passport, citizenship document, certificate of registration by descent, ImmiCard or Australian entry visa during this online process.
