Extension to Schedule I under the Clerks Award 2010

Members are advised that Schedule I under the Clerks Private Sector Award 2010 has been extended to 29 March 2021.
What is Schedule I?
Schedule I refers to the temporary flexibility inserted into the Clerks Award during the COVID-19 pandemic relates to:
- Hours of work
- Changes to the spread of ordinary hours of work
- Agreed temporary reduction in ordinary hours of work for full-time and part-time employees
- Annual Leave
- Request for an employer to take leave in certain circumstances and to take up to twice as much leave at a proportionately reduced rate.
